I have to say that I have no baseline to compare this to. I am an appointment to have my daughter's nails done for the holidays.The appointment was set online and confirmed both through text and email.Reminders were sent the day of the appointment.The appointment went as scheduled. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. Not sure if that is good or bad.My daughter is very happy with the end result.There was a cost increase based on her choice that was not disclosed until checkout that I did not appreciate, but I will chalk that up to inexperience.

Perfect as always! Exactly what I asked for. Shape, polish & length, beautiful! Lan is the best and is always my nail tech. I text for my appointments and Jenny the manager always replies immediately. Love it here!Services: Nail art
