8/27/25 - Bertoli called a week ago and offered free labor to install a new toilet. Purchased a new toilet and technician Josh arrived and did an outstanding job. Very attentive to detail, educated me on the valve system Kohl’s uses and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I’m happy that Bertoli took my negative experience seriously and made good on the problem. Upgrading to 5 stars.

Your employees were on time. Introduced themselves, were friendly and professional - They worked very well as a team each knowing what came next and prepping. I asked questions and was given appropriate answers or instructions and demonstrated new fixtures . Their work was well done and work area was clean with nothing was left behind . True the job was not complicated or an emergency, but our satisfaction and was clearly a priority. Experienced professionals who did a terrific job with the installs and pleasing us . Definitely use Bertoli and Deon and Leon again
