I recently sent in my Xbox for the hdmi port that I had damaged (series x) and it only took them 2 hours to completely fix it and reassemble the entire Xbox mind you I tested it back home after picking it up and wow I’m amazed at how well they cleaned out the entire Xbox on top of the hdmi port replacement! Xbox works as a charm and it feels like it did day 1 again. Very satisfied and happy especially for the price. Costed me about $130 in total but definitely worth the labor work they put in for it because they cleaned my entire system without me having to even ask. Thank you guys at Microsoft! I appreciate it very very much!

They were able to fix my computer very fast, and at a reasonable price. I definitely followed up with them too many times for updates since I was nervous about my computer breaking completely - but they were very patient and explained to me what exactly went wrong and how I can avoid it. 5/5

Not only was the service great but they repaired my phone applied the screen protector and new case within half an hour!! Very kind and knowledgeable staff, have been and will continue to business with them.
