“New Outlooks did a wonderful job renovating my fixer-upper. This house was nearly a full gut, needing so much work I couldn't even get a conventional mortgage. Fortunately, Jose was willing to work with a FHA 203k renovation loan. New Outlooks worked from the inside out, repairing damaged drywall and framing, electrical, installing LVP flooring, new windows, doors, and siding. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing the project in about 3 months. Jose kept me updated on any issues identified throughout the process (and there were many given the scope of work). Pricing was always fair and while I definitely invested more than I thought on this house, it was worth every penny. New Outlooks got it done right without cutting any corners.
