My tan carpet was in terrible condition. I tried using a rug doctor to clean it myself and it was still very dirty. Jack from Amer Carpet Cleaners came out and made the carpets like new. We had an appointment scheduled but had to cancel. Jack went out of his way to reschedule before Christmas. He did a terrific job on our rugs including getting rid of some significant stains in our 4-season room. This room is the path from our kitchen to patio so it gets more than its share of traffic and stains as food is brought in and out. He was very nice and we felt very comfortable having him in our house. Highly recommend.
