Ward Heating & Air replaced our 1990's system with a "hybrid" dual-fuel setup: a heat pump backed up by a high-efficiency gas furnace for temps below 40° (both American Standard), plus a Bradford-White power-vented water heater. Thomas, Dan, Josh and Cole installed it in two days and worked well together. They were all polite, professional and hard working. We appreciated Sal coming to our home to service our heating oil furnace. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We were grateful for his help and pleased to say that our problem has been resolved. We will definitely use Ward Cooling and Heating oil again if we have any issues in the future.
