Dave and the rapid rooter team were amazing! They were the second contractor assigned to me through the water resource program, after the first one was very rude and unprofessional. They were pleasant and informative. The pwd left us with no water and no notice with sick elderly people in our home. The team came out immediately to provide us with water for the 3 days we were without. Also always answered the phone and responded. Thanks Rapid Rooter❤️❤️

Gabriel came out to clear our sewer drain from my claim with American water resource. He cleared the drain and ran the cameras to confirm the pipe was okay. Great service and highly recommend!

I've been meaning to get on here & leave my review, but I was ill in February & had to recuperate. I was very pleased with the services of Rapid Rooter. I have insurance via American Water Services & I must say I haven't always got the best response with them. But they got it right this time with sending out Rapid Rooter. They arrived & tried tirelessly to unclog my drain in the front. When the gentleman couldn't get it unclogged, he informed me that they would return with their larger equipment because my clog was more than what his equipment could handle at that time.
