This place is by far the best (and only) place I will go to for my glasses. I’d just like to start off by saying that I suffer from OCD, which unfortunately translates to both the symmetry and feel of my glasses. ALL of these women have been beyond supportive, accepting, and welcoming to my MANY trips for adjustments to my glasses. I never feel uncomfortable or ashamed walking in there for the billionth time asking for some kind of adjustment. The opticians, Karen and Ingrid, are excellent at their craft. After an awful experience at VisionWorks, I went to BJs just to look at glasses and Cathy was phenomenal! I’m picky with my glasses and Cathy saw the shape I liked and found every single pair that she thought I’d like. My prescription from VisionWorks wound up being wrong, so I found myself back at BJs and again Cathy came to the rescue! She got me an appointment with the O.D. Diann that same week and also had all my information ready to place the order for the frames I wanted! Diann was quite honestly the best eye doctor I have ever been to, and I’ve been going to eye doctors for over 10 years.
