This was the first experience with the O'Neill P&H. I had what ended up being a minor problem with my outdoor plumbing but not knowing it was minor, I was frustrated for days trying to reach a plumber. Phone numbers were disconnected or not answering. Very long delays with others, O'Neill responded and scheduled quickly. I was very impressed with the service.
