Mike Pinelli (Rio Grande) was a fabulous sales rep. He worked patiently with us for several hours and generated tremendous ideas. He was candid, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We felt like we were working with the best in the business.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Gladys S. was with a new primary shower tile and floor remodel! I was feeling very frustrated as the marble tiles in the year old new bathroom had become a real headache. I found Gladys, and she couldn’t have been more empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and talented. She helped me choose 2 marble look porcelain bath tiles that blended beautifully with the existing main floor tiles! She was great with follow through as well. I’m forever indebted to her! I love the new shower!!
