The Monday chair yoga and the Thursday stretch class are excellent I feel great after each class Toni is a terrific instructor she makes each class fun while giving a good workout ?☮️

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the variety of classes and instructors at my new Yoga Home! The studio is comfy and clean, and I enjoy a cup of hot tea most visits. If you know me, text me: I’ve earned some free passes I’d be happy to share!

The Breathing Room Yoga is a warm, inviting and welcoming studio. I've been practicing yoga for many years and have been to many studios...this one is my new yoga home! All of the teachers I have had so far have been professional, friendly, and the classes have been wonderful! I enjoy mixed level classes most often and have found that I can take it easy or find a challenge if that is what I'm looking for.
