HONEST & INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Water pressure dropped completely. Called Stover Wells and Pumps. The following day Tom Stover called and asked me to describe the issue. He had me check several items and walked me thru what he needed to check. After 5 minutes he said go buy a new filter, that's it, you do not need me to come out! I did what he said and he again walked me thru the installation. Problem FIXED! No bill, refused pizza from Joe's...lol , just a thanks. When I do need my well serviced I will not hesitate to call Tom and Stover Wells. Highly recommend

We discovered we had no water on Sunday evening. Ryan had Rob at our home before noon the following day. Rob diagnosed a short and possibly complete pump failure. We received a tentative quote that same day and a call on Tuesday at 8am from Ryan with a firm quote and offer to send two techs out within the hour. Cody and Jeff arrived by 9 am and worked straight through taking no breaks till 2pm when our water was restored. It doesn’t get any better than that. New pump, wiring, controller, etc all installed for our five hundred foot well. Minimal disruption to my yard with the crane truck. Professional, friendly, fairly priced and super responsive. Stover is the best!
