I only have experience with the obgyn office, but they prescribed me birth control that was over $400 with insurance. I was able to to find a pharmacy that somehow brought the price down to $100 which I could better afford. I was on this pill for 3 months and when it was time to refill, my pharmacy no longer carried my pill. Today I called the office to request a new prescription that I could afford. They refused to give me a new prescription until I got a Pap smear. They're next availability is 4 months from now. I either have to switch providers or suffer the side effects and lack of protection from stopping my pill for months. Pap smears are preventive care and should not be mandatory and/or used against women and their reproductive choices. I am willing to get the pap, but I do not want to be denied my birth control for months. Not only am I unprotected, but birth control has effects on my emotions, skin, and mental health. This feels really unfair, unnecessary, and I will be trying to find a new doctor.

If I could give zero I would. This practice is going to get sued when they kill someone with their continued negligence. From cancelling every appointment last minute to misdiagnosing patients to blatant disregard for continued care!! Keep copies of records and pictures of everything so when you or a loved one suffers Ill fate from them u have proof of their horrible care!!!

I have recently joined Valley Medical Health as a patient specifically with doctor Eugenia Kuo.I was pregnant at the time that I decided to see this doctor.I have had the worst experience ever.They didnt do ultrasound on me on my first visit,knowing that I hadn’t had one in more than a month.I waited for weeks and weeks for lab results and I had to call myself each time to find out.They simply do not care about their patients.The wait time to see the doctor is super long and if you ever arrive late at your appointment even 10-15 minutes they tell you to reschedule.Worst experience that I dont wish upon anyone.D not come here.Ps:they have another location in Hackensack...read full review
