If you are in North Jersey and looking for an agent who is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy, and understanding buyers' needs, you need to stop your realtor search right now!We were the first home buyers in this crazy seller market and getting very frustrated with the house search and pressured by our previous agent, who complained that we wasted her time after our first open-house visit on the weekend!Another realtor told us she doesn't work with first-time homebuyers because "her schedule was too busy" straight to our face.That was when we were first introduced to Janis by the locals. Sharing our experience working with Priti! So it’s our first home, we were excited and nervous… excited because it’s our first home and nervous because we did not understand the process….In comes Priti (she’s a rockstar in the local Indian community and she had a few references) and she eased us into the entire process…. Right from understanding our needs to hand picking houses that match our needs and from the entire process of site visits to the closing….. extremely efficient…right from daily reminders to follow ups with the different stakeholders!!Thank you Priti for making this an awesome experience for us.
