I have to give this company 5 stars. Customer service mean a lot to me. This company has great customer service. I had an issue with a bubble machine I rented and they handled it better than the way I expected. I will definitely rent party equipment from them again soon.
Taylor Rental did an excellent job providing a large tent, tables, chairs and linens for an outdoor event at West Side Presbyterian Church. Mike and Dave were a pleasure to deal with, as were the Ridgewood store personnel. Juan and his tent setup crew were very professional.
Great service. Chris was polite and helpful. Asked for flexibility because of some scheduling difficulties on my end and they were ready and willing to accommodate. I rented a bobcat skidder and the machine was delivered on time and ready to go. My earth moving skills need work but those got better as I went. It was also picked up on time and the driver was friendly and careful with my driveway and lawn. All in all, a very positive experience.
