Taylor Rental did an excellent job providing a large tent, tables, chairs and linens for an outdoor event at West Side Presbyterian Church. Mike and Dave were a pleasure to deal with, as were the Ridgewood store personnel. Juan and his tent setup crew were very professional.

Great service. Chris was polite and helpful. Asked for flexibility because of some scheduling difficulties on my end and they were ready and willing to accommodate. I rented a bobcat skidder and the machine was delivered on time and ready to go. My earth moving skills need work but those got better as I went. It was also picked up on time and the driver was friendly and careful with my driveway and lawn. All in all, a very positive experience.

Rented a hedge trimmer with extension for a whole day - everything was ready and the trimmer worked great. I only used it 1/2 day. I didn't look at the receipt but when I checked my credit card bill - I was issued a partial refund without my requesting it. Great place - been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
