“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

“Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. “It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “It was a pleasure working with the staff at Emerald Roofing. The price they quoted was comparable to the other quotes I received. They replaced all the shingles and plywood on half of my roof. They arrived in the morning with a large crew and were all done within a half day. All the garbage was dumped in a container in my driveway and was taken away the next day. The property was left spotless. They actually went around my property with a special magnet to remove any nails that may have fallen in the lawn or driveway. I would recommend them highly.“
