Our puppy is not yet fully trained so there are alot of urine staind on our rug. The smell is horrible. Your technican came and pick up our rug and it was returned with the best smell evr and so clean. I know I will be calling again soon, puppy is still having accidents. It is good to know that I have someone to call and I know the work is excellent. Great job and experince!
