Kathy is amazing. Best coach and I have lost weight and kept it off. I always come back to stay on track and hear the latest and greatest. 5 Stars. Great prices and she is always on top of the newest trends. If you need to get to an event or long range goals , Kathy will make a plan and get you there.

Kathy has a great program! It is not a rapid program that you gain back when you stop. You learn how to make the right choices. In 9 months I lost 40 lbs and have been successful keeping it off. If I slip up I just go back to original diet rules for a week or so.I RECOMMEND THiS PLAN

Kathy's awesome, she got me down 30lbs in just 2 or 3 months. I've always treated food as comfort and would turn to it whenever I wasn't feeling my best. Her program helps you stop this habit and seek a healthier way of living. It isn't just looking skinny, it's eating healthier and learning better food habits. It's amazing, I feel light, energetic, and it makes you want to work out and learn to cook at home instead of eating out. You don't know what restaurants put in their food nowadays.Kathy responds fast, at first I just wanted biweekly visits, but the weekly check in is what holds you accountable.
