My twin sister and I are repeat customers. We got new glasses from Don three years ago, which we LOVED. Of course, when we started thinking it was time to get new glasses again, we immediately thought about Don and Levato Eyewear. We might have left getting new glasses a liiiiiiiiiiittle too long (look, it happens), but Don was able to set us up very quickly with new prescriptions and frames.The frame search was a doozy, too--do you know how hard it is to find good frames when you're picky? I love this place. They have an amazing customer service and amazing variety of styles. The team there is so helpful.. any issue we had being taking care with a lot of patience and care. I live far but I choose to drive all the way there because all of that! I would give more than 5 stars

They simply could not be nicer or more helpful. And they have a fantastic selection of frames, and actually know what they are doing when they fit a frame to you and make your lenses, which is so important and so many customers don't even think about. I can't recommend them more highly and I am the daughter of an optometrist, and the sister of an optometrist and grew up in this field. I know exams, frames and lenses.
