We discovered our water heater had been leaking and we had no idea until it ruin one of our walls. We had just replaced the water heater 4 years ago, so it was very unexpected and frustrating. It was covered by the manufacturer warranty, but ofcourse we had to figured out how to get it to Homedepot to exchange it and reinstall. We called Lauer Plumbing the next morning at around 8:45am and they were in my house by 9am draining, disconnecting and taking it to Homedepot for exchanging. They came back reconnected and were done with everything before 11:30am. They were professional, understood my frustration and helped with the situation in less than 3 hours. Mike, and Tim, are extremely professional, knowledgable and also very personable. They've been my plumber(s) for about five or six years now and they've never steered me wrong. Whether it be something major or a simple drain clean.
