Been taking the beginner kickboxing classes for almost 2 months now. Not only is it a great workout, but the instructors really spend time going over proper technique with you. So it’s not JUST a work out, it’s instructional as well which makes the classes much more engaging and fun.
Great people my son loves it and is actually excited to go every week. The camps are his favorite place to be. The Sensei and all the senpai are very personable and great teachers, amazing that they can get my son to focus.
Great Martial Arts school with a lot of options for classes. My son has been here for three years and the transformation in terms of listening and following instructions has been dramatic. He absolutely loves his classes and gets more interested as time goes on. Very happy with the results.
