The front desk staff was so accommodating, helping us to get next-day appointments with with Igor and Jennylee. “Everything about this place is fantastic. I was reading the reviews and I got a little nervous with some but when I went there, it was amazing. The female piercer did it so quick and fast I barely felt it, I was planning on doing 3 lip piercings in one session but when she asked me if I would be okay doing it, I decided to wait for a different date. I got snake bites and they are exactly even and in the spots I wanted them. She showed me the mirror multiple times and asked if I was okay with the placement, she was patient and listened to everything I had to say. I’m so appreciative that she took the time out of her day to make me feel comfortable and let things go smooth. I had called before hand by only 15 minutes before closing and got out at 8:05. It was fast and very efficient, she even stayed later than her paying hours, even if it was 5 minutes most people would be done as soon as their shift ended!! You could tell she cared and was so good at easing my worries. I absolutely recommend this place to any and every person who wants to get pierced.

Cleanliness: Absolutely sterile. She even showed me the needle was new and I saw how all the jewelry she was using was covered in alcohol.“
