Dr Eschinger is truly wonderful. Of course seeing a gastroenterologist is never fun, but he makes the entire process as pleasant as it could possibly be. He treats me like a person, not just a patient. The medical and clerical staff at Red Bank Gastroenterology are all kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether it is assisting with obtaining prior authorization for tests and procedures, scheduling appointments, or requesting medication refills - whatever the task, they are quick to help and always respond promptly to requests. I had to get a new GI I got referred to RBG and made an appointment online and got to see Dr. Eschinger that same week, I was very please with the whole new patient process. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Eschinger is wonderful he really took the time to talk and explain to me about my condition/concerns. I’m so happy I’ve made the switch. Couldn’t be happier!! Will be referring any friends or family that need to see a gastroenterologist.
