I could not have been happier or more pleased with the service I received from Mike and his team. They arrived when they said they would and completely updated my AC system in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pelco/Mike and would never consider using anyone else for any HVAC issues. They are the best!
I unconditionally recommend Pelco and Mike. They provided me with an estimate that was half the amount the bigger firms provided. They were true to their quote with no surprises at the end of the job. The team is very courteous and professional and involved me in everything they did. I don't typically leave reviews, especially when I am paying for a rendered service and that service is adequately provided. BUT, If I could leave a rating greater than 5 Star for Mike C. & PELCO HVAC, I would in this instance. I had an issue with what I had thought was condensation. I called Mike, he immediately responded, and diagnosed a leaking coil within my system unit. I was provided with a quote, Mike arrived as stated, removed my old unit and replaced it with a new furnace. I know some aspects of the job became more difficult than expected, but I was not hit with a typical industry "extra".
