Horrible experience. Manager so unprofessional and apparently she is the sister of the owner. They charge your CC and then call and cancel your appointment and do not refund the CC.
This place is the worst! I would give it a 0 if I could. I booked makeup (which is advertised on their website but they don't even do) and a blow out and paid $105 in advance. They called and let me know they don't do makeup and never refunded me. This was a month ago and I still have not received the money. I cancelled the blow out after reading the reviews and have still not been refunded for that either. I called about six times and even came in. When I came in no one was there and the "manager" I guess was getting her hair washed. Made appt online and paid and 45 minutes prior via text was told appointment had to be cancelled bc stylist was “sick”. After reading other reviews obviously that was a lie. I don’t even k is how this place is still in businessService: Blowouts
