Loring is the real deal! She has studied extensively and knows more about yoga than any teacher I've met. She can challenge and support you no matter what level you are in your practice, and she can diversify the class no matter how many different levels are there at the same time. Great music, great studio glow, interesting anecdotes at every class! I live 35-40 minutes away, but I choose FreedOm!
