Purchased a new iPhone and iPad from this Verizon location. Aneudy transferred all my information from my old devices to the new ones. He was extremely professional and patient. The following day, I realized I was not receiving my emails on the new devices. I went back to the Verizon location and was assisted by Isa’on. He spent more than an hour with me figuring out what was causing the problem. He ultimately resolved the issue. Great service from both of them.
I don't have much words for this store, but I'll start with a few and I'll just start with professionalism, cleanliness, friendly, especially a big shout out to Ryan, I was unsure of what I needed, and what kind of deals was available. He broke everything down for me in detail, He was extremely helpful and very patient, as I am not the most tech-savvy person, I am 76 years old. And he just made things so much more easy for me to be able to not only purchase but also for me to choose the device that I ultimately wanted to use.
