They truly care about your pet and take their time to evaluate your 4-legged companion. I’ve used this vet for my 4- and 2 -year old frenchies and I’ll gladly drive 40 min to this vet vs. visiting the local animal hospital that’s 5 min away. It’s pricey but they use quality shots which minimize downtime. My dogs are a little nervous but they always leave happy after Dr. Bishnoi and his team treats them up.
When it was discovered my little Shih Tzu needed much more help than regular dental cleaning... Dr. Kaplan recognized , diagnosed and completed not one.. but two necessary surgeries. My little fur ball is back home with me now as we continue our lives together. Thank you Dr Kaplan for your warm caring. I am forever grateful.
My dog sawDr. Kaplan at Ramsey veterinary hospital last week. We drove up from New York City to see her for a second opinion. We got stuck in traffic and it took us an hour and a half to get there. I can honestly say it worth the time, and I would do it again. Not only was Dr. Kaplan, warm, reassuring, and understanding, but she was able to resolve what we thought was going to be a very big issue for our dog. The office staff was very accommodating and flexible. After sitting in traffic for so long, we thought we would not make it to our appointment and they saw to it that, we would be able to see the doctor. Yes, we will continue to take the drive from Manhattan to see Dr. Kaplan!
