Mr. Electric was awesome! Joe was thorough, kind, and very personable. He was able to explain in terms (that I could understand!) what the issues were, the temporary and long-term solutions to our electrical problems. I liked the fact that he took videos and was able to show me on his phone. I also appreciated Mr. Electric's text confirmation system, reminding me of my appointment, but also being given the ability to track the status of the appointment, the day of. Lastly, when Joe arrived, he brought in a large box that was delivered to my home, inside of my home. He didn't have to, but that's how nice he is - Now THAT'S customer service! :)
I have had multiple projects complete by MR Electric. Doesn’t matter if is an emergency or a project. Always there sameday or next day. They knock out the work and clean up like they were never there. Joe and Vince are great to work with. They always find solutions to the problem.
Joe is a true professional. He's friendly and works fast. After he replaced our sensor light for our driveway, we called him back to replace faulty light switches. Mr. Electric is our new electrician. I highly recommend Mr. Electric. A+ service.
