“It's always a pleasure. The staff is welcoming and ready to help. I went to pick up the product I ordered online. The clerk walked me to the pick-up area and told me of a Lancome event, which I attended. It was marvelous. The only thing that was uncomfortable was they put us by the door and every time the door opened, you froze. Other than that, the Lancome expert was wonderful and answered all my questions.“
