Excellent job across the board. Did more than the contract required and didn't charge for it, incredibly professional, polite, and immaculate in his work. Incredibly hard worker with a customer-centered approach to everything.

Definitely 5 Star all the way. Owner Patricio was a pleasure to work with. We had the house/gutters, cement patio and 2 decks power washed. Very pleased with the results & the price. Definitely will use them again.

The job was done professionally, efficiently and completed to full satisfaction. Cleaning of the deck and pavers was daunting to me. Hiring Alvarez Power Washing to do the job relieved the stress of me doing it and left the deck and pavers sparkling clean.
