In light of all that has transpired today with delivery of Christmas grave cover for both of my parents and the anxiety it caused, I believe the issue may be resolved. I have just spoken with the cemetery who indicates the original delivery that was already replaced with the wrong product has just arrived and it is wrong also! I'm giving a 5 rating not because of the quality of service but because I frankly feel bad for them.
