In light of all that has transpired today with delivery of Christmas grave cover for both of my parents and the anxiety it caused, I believe the issue may be resolved. I have just spoken with the cemetery who indicates the original delivery that was already replaced with the wrong product has just arrived and it is wrong also! I'm giving a 5 rating not because of the quality of service but because I frankly feel bad for them.
I had a great experience with Gigliolas Flowers, Sebastian helped me with my order and it was delivered on the same day in a timely manner. I received updates on its delivery and arrival time by Vera. The whole team works well together and provides excellent customer service. The arrangement came out beautifully !
Ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday today. Not only were the flowers delivered in a timely fashion but exceeded our expectations, simply beautiful in person then on the site. I will never use the national popular flower company again...go local business from now on. Great job, very pleased.
