I got an exterior detail for my 2020 Mercedes C300 to maximize the trade in value. It looked great when it was completed! The technician was extremely engaged and pleasant. The work was done before the indicated 4 hours.
It's basically self service as far as customer service goes. No one there for about 5 minutes when I dropped off the car. Same when I came for pick up. Appointments are made on line, there is no way to ask a question. Very impersonal. I was expecting what was projected in the video on the web site. The wax job was fine but the wheels had not been touched. They said I could come back but I felt that would be a waste of time. I detailed them myself. Car wash tunnel was good. I guess I might do that again.Services: Auto detailing
