From the very first consultation to follow up appointments, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and compassion. Dr. Smires is a truly gifted surgeon. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure. I was initially a bit apprehensive of the revision surgery and his confidence & reassurance put me at ease and felt completely confident in his hand. The surgery is successful & I’m recovering well and currently undergoing physiotherapy in the same facility (with Dan Smires). The best part is both the surgeon & therapist consult with each other on patient‘s progress and address any concerns right away. The office staff is also very kind & helpful. I went to PBNJ with a serious knee condition and am so happy that the doctor and therapists helped me to heal and recover full usage. I was mentally prepared in case I needed surgery but thankfully that time has not yet come.
Dr Smires and his Team are the best. They have been taking care of me and my joints for more years than I care to admit, but I would't be walking as easily as I am without their expertise.
