Outlook Eyecare is an eye care center that includes ophthalmologist and optometrist eye doctors who specialize in cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, and cosmetic eye procedures. They offer a variety of services such as eye exams, LASIK laser eye surgery, diagnosis and treatment of retina diseases, and eyeglasses and contact lenses. Dr. Coleman and the technician Christine are described as very professional and easy to communicate with. A patient who had previously seen a different doctor for many years was worried about the change, but is now very happy with the care they received from Dr. Coleman. Dr. Grabowski, who had been a patient's doctor for 20 years, is described as thoughtful and highly skilled. However, the patient was put off by an extra fee charged for a necessary test that is not typically covered by insurance. Dr. Saipe is highly recommended by a patient who recently underwent cataract surgery. The patient describes the experience as fabulous and feels very comfortable with the exams and treatments. The doctor is easy to talk to and made the whole experience a joy for the patient.

Comparing to my last visit a few months ago, all the stuff, including the front-desk receptionists and the assistants, were much more friendly, professional, and efficient. Very impressed by the change. Dr. Coleman is as good as usual.
Dr. Ritterbusch is so lovely and kind, she’s thorough and explains things very well, takes all of my concerns seriously and is pleasant to chat to besides. She has a reassuring energy and always gives helpful advice and really cares.
though the reception staff can sometimes be difficult, I think the other reviews are a bit harsh
