We hired Jefferson Bath&Kitchen for our first (big for us, small for the typical contractor) reno project. We talked to many other contractors, but decided to go with Jefferson because they showed such a high level of professionalism from even the first visit. Jill came up with an initial plan and budget very quickly, and worked with us to tailor it to our needs. They rebuilt my entire bathroom in the Palmer Square/Princeton area while leaving the timeless "subway tiles" intact and redid my kitchen to 2020 magnificence. These guys do excellent work - They respond quickly, are very competent, conscientious and respectful. Very reasonable in pricing and they know their trade (at least from a lay-person's perspective). Only complaint is, when they come in with two guys, you pay the labor for both - hard to swallow when the second guy who, in addition to having a big bandage on his dominant hand that limited capacity to work, did literally nothing but stand around . . . my job really only required one guy . . . though fee for 2nd guy's labor was reduced (thank you), I question the judgment in sending him and charging for him at all.
