Darr and his team went over and ABOVE for us. There was a slight issue with the printing file we had, and he managed to save the day, by reprinting and overnighting the full product order. In all our years of production, we've never seen someone turnover and rectify a problem so swiftly, without issue. THANK YOU!

I reached out to IPS because I wanted to print a cookbook for my mother's birthday. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and the books came out perfect! Darr was especially great to work with – he was always available, went out of his way to help and offer suggestions, and made sure that all of my questions were answered and needs were met. My order was quite small and ended up being more involved than I expected, but Darr treated it as a priority nonetheless!
