I had unpleasant interactions with the staff and had to take time during a workday to bike to the office to pick up my prescription (which should have been given to me the same day of the appointment). However, the doctor was competent and friendly.

I been trying to book an appointment with this place but they make so so hard I been going here for a couple years so I been asked to provide insurance information etc? And because I don’t the information on hand about my eye plan I can’t book an appointment? The stuff attitude is rude after this negativity and looking at your reviews now I understand why all your reviews are 1 I bit if people had the option of giving 0 starts we all would good bye campus eye group

It was a mistake for not doing a google search and reading the reviews prior to making the appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible. At the initial regular eye appointment for my daughter, I couldn't help but wonder at the cleanliness of the office and the medical equipments used as the technician nor the doctor cleaned any of the equipments prior to using them to test my daughter's eye sight. Starkly different from our experiences with other eye exam offices, where they cleaned before (and after) use of the equipment.
