Horrible salon. Really unsanitary. They don’t disinfect the tubs for the pedicures or disinfect the tools. They will use the same dirty tub from the person before on a new customer. It’s honestly gross and kinda disgusting. Then the lady upfront had the audacity to tell me that a 20% tip was MANDATORY. It never said that anywhere. It said 20% tip recommended. Don’t tell me what I have to tip! And if you have a tipping policy make that clear before the service is done! Very unprofessional and overpriced.

My foot looks like this after a pedicure. The technician didn’t even remove the callous! Basis 101 pedicure. She took a shortcut because they were closing up soon but didn’t hesitate to charge me the full amount. Not coming here ever again

I got a ok customer service but I got my nails done here on Thursday morning, gel manicure and gel pedicure with tip on one toe, it’s so uneven I can’t even believe how bad it looks. My nails already chipped today is Sunday. Not happy with this result and it’s overpriced. Please update the gel color so they can last longer.
