Brian Cardenas and the team are outstanding.
My central air decided to go out on a Sunday night. Monday I received a text/call from 1-800-plumber +Air. Their technician (Brian) was at my house within the time stated. Brian determined the possible cause and informed me of other possible issues that could be the problem if the first didn’t work. He explained any additional costs etc. Brian worked with my mfg to assure the parts were under warrantee and resolved the issue. Great customer service all around!!!
I recommend this company 100%! Brian and Anthony were a good team and made sure they got the job done! I can’t thank them enough and making sure they left with my family having heat! I really appreciate it a lot!
