We had an exceptionally positive experience with Dr. Emily Pollack, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My tween daughter saw Dr. Pollack, and from the very beginning it was clear that she has a rare and special ability to connect with young patients. She treated my daughter with genuine respect, kindness, and gentleness, speaking directly to her in a way that made her feel heard, safe, and at ease. Many doctors struggle to strike that balance with adolescents, but Dr. Pollack did so effortlessly.

Dr. Pollack sees my baby for more than a year now , she in my opinion is very knowledgeable and is confident in her consulting, she is patient and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease every time I bring my baby to her and no matter how many times I call them with every little question they never seem bothered and are always willing to make time to fit me in even if no appointment. But the main reason I take the time to write this review is because this Doctor answers my calls in the middle of the night bc she knows a parent calling after 10pm is a worried parent and that says a lot . Thank you Dr Pollack for always being there for our family.
