I went to this salon because they claim experience with thick curly hair. When I came in my hair was so long down to my waist. I asked to cut couple inches and cut some layers. I left looking like a scare crow ! My husband thought I was electrocuted! Don’t let Asian lady touch you hair ! She took over at least a foot and made uneven layers. Horrible experience! At this point I went to salon Mulan asking to fix the mess , and they were in shock about the job Asian women did! I don’t remember her name just want to warn everyone not to let her touch their hair.

I absolutely LOVE this place. It's one stop for all of my hair needs; haircolor, shampoo & conditioner, to hair extentions themselves, you can find it all right here! I had the pleasure of being helped by John (normally a behind the scenes guy, but luckily for me was up front today) he was SUPER helpful- listened to my wants and concerns, talked me through the process I was taking on in yet another DIY hair coloring extravaganza, and pointed out quality products WITHOUT upselling me. He even called another store to get a product sent to the store for me that they were out of. LOVE HIM and LOVE THE STORE!
