My new 2019 Velux skylight was stuck for several years making the operable skylight inoperable and with 3 heat waves already in NJ I had to find a way to open it to release hot air. Too small a job for roofers; handymen dont have high ladders; was not interested in replacing skylight. Roof Plus agreed to take a look. Anthony & Kyle were able to open the stuck skylight. Not only that they measured it for me and marked its model in my owner instruction. They opened & closed several times and adjusted its manual pole to work better for me.
