Paul and his team are the best! We have worked with them to design an addition and renovation of our Shore house. From the beginning, they have clearly and patiently explained the process for not just the design of the structure but the various approvals needed from the township and the process of designing and building the addition. The design of the house perfectly captured our needs, and we had minimal revisions. Equally importantly, the entire PDR team has been so friendly and helpful - they are just great people. My wife and I recently bought property at the NJ shore and had interviewed several architectural firms before settling on PDR as the design and architectural firm to work with.
