The staff and Dr. Himes were wonderful, providing a great experience. They promptly addressed the needs of a recently adopted dog, including retrieving the pet's vaccination records from the previous vet. The hospital also offers emergency services, having seen the dog immediately during a previous emergency.
Over the years, the attentive and helpful staff, including the technicians, have provided sound advice for the pet's aging issues. When the pet's condition became terminal, the hospital's in-house vet visited the home to assist. Weeks later, the pet owners received a sympathy card along with the pet's paw prints, nose prints, and hair, which was completely unexpected.
Very kind Doctors and staff. We have been going to Beach Animal Hospital for at least 10 years. They have always taken care of my girl!! We left for a short time to a vet closer to our new home but dissatisfied with their care and cost, we left and went back to Beach and just take the 40 min drive because its worth it!
Roxy is 15.5 and just had surgery yesterday. I was so worried about putting her under at her age but they made me feel so comfortable. She came out with a few new scars but they removed 2 masses, both cancer. She came home same day and is resting comfortably while she heals. I highly recommend all the doctors at Beach. I am visiting the area and had an emergency with my Havanesse dog. They took Mr. Biggs right in and was great to deal with. The Vet was great, explained everything, gave him medication on the spot and he is doing great.
