Purchased a very expensive range a year and half ago. One of the burners has stopped working and I was told it was only under warranty for one year. Trying to schedule service has been extremely frustrating. At my first scheduled appointment the technician had the wrong address and when I gave him the correct address he told me he didn’t travel to my area (I was told he was the only tech certified to work on my range) and that service would contact me that day. I never got a call back to reschedule after 2 weeks and had to follow up myself. We'll, they finally came through and replaced it, so I'm revising review to soften it up a bit. They could have avoided the original bad review by offering a refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Rip off. Delivered refrigerator that does not work at all. Refuses to refund. Just keeps breaking promises to replace. ZERO stars. Liars and thieves. ...Regarding your response, you know very well that this Summit refrigerator was purchased from you by our contractor. Quit lying. If you are willing to refund the price of the refrigerator--which has never worked at all--just say so and we'll have you come get it. STOP LYING and ripping people off!

I recentley received a new Washer Dryer combo The delivery man was a genious . Hewas abe to install the unit in a space that was extremley small . If I was Art I would cherrish this guy . Agive him as much money as possible .
