John's developed his own technique for getting rid of algae without bleach or other harmful caustic agents that can mess with your lawn or plantings. He's cleaned the algae off my roof for over 5 years now, and he never disappoints. In the rare case where the algae dies but doesn't quite detach from the roof, he shows up within a few days of texting and resolves the problem. All with a smile on his face. They don't get any better than this guy. Professional, responsive, and dedicated to his craft. AAA+++ highly recommended.

Hot wash power washed our walkways, patio and house and sanded all the pavers. It was a huge facelift for our outdoor space! They were fairly priced, professional and have a great understanding of what they do. We felt like we hired real professionals.

I hired John from hot wash to.powerwash my house, fence, deck, roof and pavers and i must say what an unbelievable job he did! He also polymeric sanded all my pavers and now my property looks brand new! His soft washing technique is by far superior to any splash and dash powerwashing companies out there. I am putting my house on the market and he was able to accommodate my schedule. I can't express how happy I am with the job he did and how professional he is. He definitely takes pride in his work and is worth every dollar spent! I wish I had this done sooner while I was living here but will definitely use him again at my new home.
