Called up Safi on a Sunday morning after Marie, 2 blocks over, informed me she doesn't braid anymore and cannot provide the style I made an appointment for 4 weeks ago😤. I sent Safi a photo, she provided the price, had the hair, and traveled from JC to the shop in about an hour. I was very appreciative of her taking me last minute,and doing such an excellent job.
Booked my appointment last minute due to another shop in the area giving me issues. So thankful to Safi for not only accommodating me but for also being so considerate while doing my hair. She was running behind and kept consistent communication with me until she arrived. She also provided me with the best customer service I’ve had at a braiding shop. And to top it off she took the time to make sure my hair came out just the way I wanted. 10/10 will recommend.
